Isaiah Osbourne was 21 years old when he gained his wings on Christmas Day 2025. In his brief time on this earth, he showed everyone around him — his family, his church, his teammates, his community — what it means to live a life of purpose, faith, and unconditional love.
He didn't wait to be old enough. He didn't wait for a platform. He didn't wait for permission. Isaiah started where he was, with what he had, and he gave everything — to God, to his family, and to anyone who needed to feel seen and loved.
The Isaiah Osbourne Ready Young Man Legacy Fund was created to ensure that his spirit of service, his commitment to faith, and his passion for excellence lives on in the next generation of young men. Because the world needs more Isaiahs. And with the right investment, the right mentorship, and the right opportunities — they're out there.

Our vision is that one day, every city in America will have a Ready Young Man program — young men learning to live with purpose, to serve with heart, to love with intention, and to prepare for every stage of life. Isaiah was the first. He won't be the last.
