Celebrate the now. Prepare for what comes. Walk together when it's hardest.
A seventeen-year road. One mission.
Celebrate Life Orlando exists for one reason: families deserve to plan well, live well, and have somewhere to turn when life turns hard.
Our founder, Coach Randy Pryor, has spent more than seventeen years walking a road no family should walk alone. He lost his infant son prematurely at birth — and learned, in the worst moment of a young father's life, how unprepared most of us are for the unexpected. Two years later, his wife was diagnosed with a demyelinating brain disease and passed after a three-year battle, with Coach as her full-time caregiver.
In the years since, he has watched family and friends face cancer and devastating diagnoses. His sister fights a serious illness today — and Coach is at her side as her advocate. This past year, he helped multiple family members and friends plan for the unexpected, including the celebration of life for his beloved stepson Isaiah, who fought cancer and passed on Christmas Day at twenty-one.
Celebrate Life Orlando was built so the next family does not walk this road alone. The seventeen-year question — "isn't this something somebody helps with?" — finally has an answer.
We celebrate the joys of planning and living well — and divide the sorrow of the unexpected when it comes.
